Helpdesk phone support for faculty/staff during the summer is available 5 days per week:
Mon - Fri, 8am to 4:30 pm.

Helpdesk phone support for students is available 7 days per week during the school year (Summer hours are 8-4:30, Mon - Fri):

Come to the ITS Building and see The Desk itself!
The ITS Building is located at the end of 7th street, one block east of College. Walk around the building to the “back.” (When construction is finished, this will be the front).
